A guided tour where you will learn about our history, visit the plant facilities, and discover the process the water follows from when it springs from the source until it is bottled. The tour concludes with an explanation of the geological origin of the water while tasting our Viñachy wines and/or Vichy products.
The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours (adaptable depending on the audience and/or group requests).

Weekly Tour for Our Guests:
Tours are usually held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m. and are completely free for our guests. For non-guests, the cost is 9€ per person and 7€ for children under 12.*

*It is necessary to call or send an email to confirm the tour and reserve a spot if you are not staying with us. If you are not staying but are using one of our services (thermal circuit, massage, meal, etc.), a 50% discount will be applied.
The tour schedule may be subject to exceptional changes.

Group Tours:
We offer the possibility of arranging specific tours for groups any day of the week, upon prior request. The tour prices are:

11€ per person for adult groups.**
8.5€ per person for school groups.**

Groups must have a minimum of 20 participants; if the minimum is not reached, the price equivalent to 20 participants will apply.
We also offer the option to include the thermal circuit and/or a meal; in this case, we will provide a customized quote.
